Versatech Takes the Next Step in Automation adding 2 New Machines with Robotic Machine Tending Capabilities

Versatech Inc. has installed 2 New Haas Automated Machine Tools. A 2023 HAAS VF3-YT/50 CNC vertical machining center with a Fanuc M-20iD Material Handling Robot Arm and a 2023 Haas ST-25 CNC Lathe with a Fanuc M-20iD arm. These state of the art machines feature the latest in CNC machining technologies. The VF3-YT/50 features a larger work envelop than a standard VF3 and a rigid 50 taper, 30 HP, 7,500 RPM spindle.  The ST-25 Lathe has an increased Z-axis travel over the standard ST-20 and is ideal for high volume, high production environments.

The addition of the Fanuc Robot packages includes the following benefits;
